Our initial visit with Dr. Rene Gonzalez actually started off very well. The office was clean, welcoming, and the doctor himself seemed great. Unfortunately, everything after that was disappointing. My wife and I were completely honest and transparent about our finances, yet we still felt like the front office staff didn’t do what was truly best for us. They took a significant amount of money without us even moving forward with any services, and the whole situation felt more like a money grab than genuine care. It’s unfortunate, because Dr. Gonzalez appears to be an excellent provider, but there is a serious disconnect between him and the front office. That gap completely changed our experience for the worse. I hope they address this, because patients deserve honesty, compassion, and fairness — not pressure or financial surprises.
